ELC Application for Admission

Dear Families,

We are looking forward to the 2012-2013 school year. Registration for Woodland’s Early Learning Center will be open to currently enrolled students, siblings of currently enrolled students and children of church members beginning on Thursday, February 16, 2012.

Registration for families that are new to Woodland’s Early Learning Center will begin on Monday, February 27, 2012.

Please fill out the attached enrollment form and bring a check, payable to Woodland ELC, for the $100.00 registration fee AND one month’s tuition/commitment fee. This commitment money indicates your intention to enroll your child for the upcoming school year and will be applied to your May 2013 tuition. If you withdraw your child at any point before or during the year, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your form and fees will be collected in the ELC office. Registration will operate on a first come first serve basis (using the above stated criteria).

On your registration form, please note a first and second class choice if applicable. We follow a September 30th guideline for children to be eligible for each class.

**Children in the 3 and 4-year-old groups must be out of diapers and fully toilet trained by the time school begins. Children in the 1 and 2-year old classes may come to school in diapers.

** The ELC reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant and to determine a child’s continuing acceptability. Applicants may be accepted or considered on the basis of performance, evaluation, and/or maturity, in keeping with age and mental capacity.
