Primetimer’s Club
The Primetimer’s Club is for those age 55+ who are interested in fellowship and new adventures.
September 22, 2011 – The Primetimers went on a field trip to Rose Tree Blown Glass Studio and then toured Holy Name of Mary Church, both located in historic Algiers Point. Lunch followed at Tout de Suite.
October 27, 2011 – The Primetimers went to the New Orleans School of Cooking in the French Quarter. They learned a lot about Cajun & Creole Cooking, were thoroughly entertained and ate a wonderful meal there.
Upcoming Events:
The Primetimers Group will go to the National World War II Museum’s Stage Door Canteen on January 25, 2012 to see the Victory Belles sing the timeless musical numbers of the 1940’s. A buffet lunch by Chef John Besh will be served. The price is $36 per person, including tax and gratuity. Call the church office to make a reservation by January 3, 2012.
